Q. My Interlibrary Loan username and/or password no longer works. What happened and what should I do?
I tried to log in to my Interlibrary Loan account, but the system doesn't recognize my username and/or password anymore. What happened? Did my account get deleted? What should I do?
Try entering your Unify credentials. In the Fall of 2018, the Library moved Interlibrary Loan accounts to the Unify credential system. Once the process completed, all usernames and passwords changed to the user's official GC Unify credentials.
