To cite cases, use the following format: Name v. Name, Volume Source Page (Court Date). According to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (2010, p. 17), reference list ctiations to court cases should be structured as follows: Lessard v. Schmidt, 349 F. Supp. 1078 (E.D. Wis. 1972). In-text citations should follow the following example: Lessard v. Schmidt (1972) or (Lessard v. Schmidt, 1972).
