From the GALILEO homepage, you can select "All Databases". Enter ERIC in the search box or select E and scroll down to ERIC in the list. 

You will notice three options: ERIC (at eric.ed.gov), ERIC (at EBSCOhost), and ERIC (at OCLC). 

The EBSCO instance of ERIC allows you to use various search limits and provides access to a thesaurus to look up subject terms. ERIC.ed.gov has the same features, but you may find them slightly more difficult to use. However, I've had better luck accessing the full text of articles from within ERIC.ed.gov.
