From the GALILEO homepage you can select Databases A-Z. Enter ERIC in the searchbox or select E and scroll down to ERIC in the list. 

You will notice three options: ERIC (at eric.ed.gov), ERIC (at EBSCOhost), and ERIC (at OCLC). 

The EBSCO instance of ERIC allows you to use various search limits and provides access to a thesaurus to look up subject terms. ERIC.ed.gov has the same features, but you may find them slightly more difficult to use. However, I've had better luck accessing the full-text of articles from within ERIC.ed.gov.
