Where you are and what you are doing will determine the answer to this question.
- Are you on campus? Even if you are on west campus, you shouldn't need a password to access GALILEO. You can access GALILEO directly from the library homepage.
- Are you in an online course? You can access GALILEO without a password from GAView.
- Are you in email trying to follow a link? You will need the GALILEO password. You can easily look up the password from your library account.
Select 'sign in', then select the faculty-staff-student option, and use your Unify credentials. Select 'My account' (after selecting the sign-in option again). On the following screen, you will see a series of 'boxes'. Scroll down to see the current Galileo password.
If you've been sent a link to an article in GALILEO, you will most likely be prompted for the password. The password changes each semester, so you can always get the most current password from your library account. You can also view items you've checked out from the library and renew them online.
